What were your favorite memories this Christmas? My favorite part of Christmas was when we opened presents. Logan I liked opening my Christmas presents. My favorite present was a doll. I like Christmas. Deana My favorite part of Christmas break when I got to play and play and opening presents. Alyssa My morn and I and my brother and my grindma and grandpa played football. Destinie My favorite part. of Christmas vacation was get- ting to stay in my pajamas and watch TV until room told me I had to get dressed. Zach My favorite part of Christmas was opening pres- ents and eating dinner with my family and friends. Kelsie My favorite part of Christmas vacation was Jesus' birthday. Dylan I did something fun with my family on Christmas. We ate Jesus cake. Hunter My favorite part of Christmas was spending time with my family and thanking my family for the presents. I got to make Rudolph food but just plain deer ate it. Andy My favorite part of Christmas break was when we were playing Pokemon stadi- um. I liked playing Pokemon because Josh always picked Ekends and Cleefairee. Taylor My favorite part of Christmas break was my cousin got married. And I got to lick the wedding cakes. Kendra My favorite part of Christmas vacation was spend- ing time with my family. We opened presents and I had in my present I had a video now. Josh My favorite part of Christmas was snoozing. For Christmas I got a remote con- trol truck. Chris My favorite part of Christmas vacation was watch- ing videos. When we opened presents I got go-go my walking pup. Kelsey My favorite part of Christmas vacation was I get to spent the time with my dad. g-. " Chrts.t.opher I like Christmas because I get toys and you get nutcracker and santa will eat your cookies and drink your milk and you will hear reindeers and ther might be Rudolph. Maryah Knowledge Bowl On January 22, several stu- dents from Bourbon Elementary and Middle School traveled to Steelville for this years Knowledge Bowl. Those students that attend- ed from the elementary were third graders Donna Giesing, Jessica Martin, Brandon Ware and Kelsey Holland. From the fourth grade Michael Pennock, Christopher Rosemann, Amanda Bruning and Ian Wilson. From the middle school fifth graders Bradley Pasch, David Schoenhoff, Shannon Metts and Teddy Binkholder. Sixth graders were Ron Metts, Luke Sheets, Jonathan Damron and Samantha Henson. This year Bourbon received fourth place overall. Several students received individual medals• Those students were Amanda Bruning second in Social Studies, Ian Wilson first in Science, David Schoenhoff and Shannon Metts tied for second in Communication Arts and Lucas Sheets took third in Communication Arts.
