First Community National Bank hosts employee recognition dinner
First Community National
Bank hosted its Tenth Annual
Employee Recognition Dinner
on April 17 th, 2004 at The Villa
Event Center in Rolla. The
evening began with President
& CEO Paul Perkins leading
everyone in the "Pledge of
Allegiance". Following a bless-
ing by Cliff Thexton, FCNB
employees, spouses and guests
enjoyed a buffet-style meal of
roast beef, Italian chicken, and
chicken thttuccine.
After the full-course meal,
Paul Perkins introduced the
Board of Directors of FCNB
and the Community
Presidents. New employees
were introduced and recog-
nized. The awards ceremony
began with the presentation of
Service Awards by Paul
Perkins and the Community
Presidents.
For two years of service,
Heather Bean, Stacy Brown,
Tracy Staples, Alvina Hayes,
Katie Halbert, Jeff Pyatt and
Alan Vickers all received a
Sterling Silver Pin. Gary
Stratman received a 10K Gold
Pin with one Sapphire repre-
senting five years of service.
Cathy Jones received a 10K
Gold Pin with two Sapphires
for her ten years of service. For
fifteen years of service, Teresa
Fudge received a 10K Gold Pin
with three Sapphires. Rick
Gordon and Cinda Brand each
received a 14K Gold Pin with
one Diamond for twenty years
of service.
Rosella Roberts received spe-
cial recognition at the banquet
for having nearly forty years of
service with FCNB. She was
surprised with a bouquet of
flowers and a special video
presentation highlighting her
career at FCNB.
Scott Perkins announced the
sales awards for the 2003 year.

guests enjoyed music, dancing
and karaoke for the rest of the
evening.
