Re: Mosquito Control - Spraying (fogging) program
This letter is to inform the residents of the City of Cuba the details of the Mosquito Control
Program adoped in June 2003. Below is a compiled listing of the spraying program:
• Divide city limits into 2 (two) sections
• Spray insecticide once monly in each section (depending on mosquito infestation
twice monthly may be required in some months)
• Spraying time: Section 1: any property south of Burlington Northern railroad tracks
will be sprayed on the 3rd (third) Friday of May, June, July, August and possibly
September
• Spraying time: Section 2: any property north of Burlington Northern railroad tracks
will be sprayed on the 4th (fourth) Friday of Hay, June, July, August and possibly
September.
Scheduled time for spraying: Spraying time will be between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00
p.m.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE CANNOT RESCHEDULE OUR POSTED DAYS OR HOURS
DUE TO SPECIAL EVENTS THAT MAY BE TAKING PLACE IN THE SCHEDULED SEC-
TIONS.
