Missouri State Loggers Competition &
General Public Speed Cut Competition
at the Commons Fairgrounds in Salem,
Missouri on Saturday, May 15. The
event is sponsored by the Missouri
Forest Products Association (MFPA).
The Loggers' Competition will start

skills at various events, including the
bore cut, spring pole, bucking cut and
three felling. The winner of the compe:

Following the Loggers' Competition
will be the Public Speed Cut Contest at
1 p.m. All contestants must be over 18
and pay a five dollar entry fee. MFPA
will provide safety equipment, however,
