ROC to present play written by area woman
The. ROC, mid-Missouri's Feakes of Rolla, Pat Lizotte of " play will prove very entertain-
community theater,, announces
its first play of the 22nd season
will be the "Mirror Image,"
written by Debbie McGrath of
Rolla. This is the third play of
Debbie's that the ROC has pro-
duced. The cast is includes
Kadi Haslag, Karen Porter,
Frank Bridges and Katie
St James, and Wayne and
Blythe.Horine of Waynesville.
The play is about a strange
mirror and its history. It
would give away the plot to
provide any details about the
mirror. However, for those
who enjoy a great story with
some interesting turns, the

Troop I, of the Missduri State
ttighway Patrol, recorded eight
traffic fatalities during the
month of May, 2004.
This is three more than May,
2003. The total fatalities for
2004 is twenty compared to
twenty-one for the same time
period a last year,

child restraints or seat belts.
Help make it a safe and enjoy-
able summer.
In Crawford County during
May, there were a total of 36
wrecks, with 24 injuries and
two fatalities.

The play will open on June
26th with an 8:00 p.m. curtain
time. There will be a Sunday':-
matinee on dune 27thth at 2:30
p.m. and 8:00 p.m. performanc-
es on July 2nd and 3d. As
always, the doors will open 1
hour before curtain time, and
the tickets are $5.00 at the
door. Groups of" eight or more
may make advanced reserva-
